Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact our support team at connect@amillimerch.co with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping costs).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Exchange Process:

• Contact us at connect@amillimerch.co to check stock availability.
• Send back the item following our return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost (for the first exchange).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

• Once we receive and approve your return, refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
