Refund policy

We have an 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to confirm the 14-day exchange period. On the 15th day, items will no longer be eligible for exchange.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item in-store or online, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email us BEFORE returning items to confirm your exchange process at info@amillimerch.co.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
